A seasoned civil engineer with over 30 years of experience, Mr. Mugerwa has held distinguished roles at Esso Standard Uganda and the Ministry of Water Resources. Under his visionary leadership, Pio Ltd has grown from a single venture into a diverse conglomerate that contributes meaningfully to Uganda's economy and employment landscape.
